From young herring to lobster
Choose between our competitively priced, daily changing "Light Evening Menu", our "Stadt Hamburg" – Menu, or dine à la carte. Our restaurant earned 16 points in the Gault Millau and is open daily. Monday and Tuesday we offer a smaller menu with our "Classics" such as Sole, turbot on the bone and lamb from Sylt, as well as two daily changing menus.
This year, until Easter, our brand new Lounge Bar, just opposite the reception, will be built. On this occasion, we are also renovating the restaurant "Stadt Hamburg", very stylish lavatoryies and a small smoker's salon.

The opening hours of our Bistro, which has been awarded 13 points by the Gault Millau, are from noon till 10.00 pm. Just have a look, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Born in Lübeck, our Pâtissière Manuela Fiedler discovered her special talent to sweeten up life early on. She learned a lot from her grandmother, who is also her idol. Ever since working as a pastry chef at the Four Seasons and the Regent Hotel in Berlin, she has been awarded champion of the confectionery craft and has continued to receive several awards throughout her career. She has been the Chef de Pâtissière of the Hotel Stadt Hamburg since 2004 and loves her job due to its creativity and ability to delight our guests with ever-changing ideas and flavors.
